AI agent consumption

Use machine-readable surfaces before generating a screen or component:

1. docs/api/consumer-context.json to discover technologies and distribution methods;
2. docs/api/components.json to inspect category, readiness, and availability;
3. implementations.react.item to form the @tis/<item> command;
4. the component page for Design, Usage, Implementation, and Accessibility;
5. installed source as the effective API contract copied into the React application.

Selection rule

Use React only when implementations.react.status is beta or stable. When status is unavailable, use Web CSS or explicitly declare a local adaptation. Do not invent registry items or @tis/react exports.
